This Privacy Policy describes how Block Surge ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Android application. Block Surge is a block-dropping survival puzzle game where players place blocks to clear lines and survive waves.

- Device information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and language settings.
- Usage data: App interactions, crash logs, and performance data collected through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
- Advertising ID: Google Advertising ID (GAID) used by AdMob to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance.
1.2 Information you provide
- Game progress: Best score, daily challenge completion status, streak count, and settings (sound, language) are stored locally on your device only.
- Feedback: If you choose to send feedback through the App, the content of your message will be shared via your device's email client.
1.3 Information we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personal contact information.
- We do not require account registration to use the App.
- We do not collect your precise or approximate location.
- We do not access your camera, microphone, or photos.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the service: Running the game, tracking your best score and daily challenge streaks, and serving the daily challenge puzzle.
- To serve advertisements: AdMob displays ads to support the free version of the App. Ad personalisation is subject to your consent preferences managed through the in-app consent screen (Google UMP).
- To improve the app: Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) and usage analytics (Firebase Analytics) help us identify and fix bugs and improve the user experience.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Permissions We Request
The App may request the following permissions:
- Internet & Network State: Required for AdMob ads, Google Play Billing, Firebase Analytics, crash reporting, and Remote Config.
- Vibration: To provide haptic feedback during gameplay (e.g., when the game ends).
4. Advertising and Consent (GDPR / EEA)
The App uses AdMob (Google) to display advertisements. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and other applicable regions, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before personalised ads are shown. You may update your consent preferences at any time via Settings → Reset Ad Preferences.

The App offers an optional one-time purchase to permanently remove ads and unlock unlimited hints. Purchases are managed by Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not collect or store your payment information.

- All game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device.
- We do not operate any servers that store your personal data.
- Third-party services (Google / Firebase) may store analytics and crash data on their servers according to their respective privacy policies.

- Local game data is retained on your device until you use Settings → Clear Data or uninstall the App.
- Analytics and crash data are retained by Google/Firebase according to their data retention policies.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data. Since game data is stored locally, you can:
- Clear all game data via Settings → Clear Data
- Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data
- Update ad consent preferences via Settings → Reset Ad Preferences
